Concept discussion

Sometimes a term, e.g. in german, has no solution in just one word when translated into another language. In this situation we do not feel confortable to add a bit long sentence, which is but in fact the translation for that word.
So the situation for Daniel Gebauer and for me. I'd like to have feedback for this comment. I thank You all.

I'd suggest you put 'No term in Portuguese' as the term (written in Portuguese, of course), and give the long sentence in the form of a definition.

It will not be possible to give an example sentence, since this is supposed to show how the term is used in normal prose.

If this is done systematically, 'rare words' enthisiasts could search for the term 'No term in (language)' and spend many happy hours with their dicos in the hope of coming up trumps.

I would discourage putting "No term in [language]" as the term. There should be an option when entering a new language to say that there is no actual term for the concept in the language, but still allow a definition. I should be able to get to this today or tomorrow.

OK Colin - but I still think it would be helpful if users could search for that option, if you can set it up that way.
